1. Processing & Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all ArthroMD+ UK orders within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders made after 12:00 PM are processed the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Expected shipping times following dispatch:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Next-Day UK Delivery: Available for select regions if placed before 12 PM

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping within the UK.

3. Tracking Information

Once your ArthroMD+ shipment is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and a link to monitor its progress.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.

5. Delivery Failures

If your parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will reach out to reschedule delivery. A new shipping fee may apply for redelivery.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier. ArthroMD+ UK is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation.

7. Private Packaging

All ArthroMD+ orders ship in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. There will be no product or brand name visible on the exterior.

8. UK-Only Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. To be notified of future international availability, subscribe to our email list.
