ArthroMD+ cream refund eligibility

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for your ArthroMD+ UK order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. For full return conditions, please review our Terms of Service.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used ArthroMD+ cream
  • Digital guides or downloadable content
  • Gift vouchers or promotional items
  • Personal care goods that have been opened
  • Products marked as final sale

3. Submitting a Return Request

To start a return, contact our support team or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond with instructions.

4. Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective items. To arrange an exchange, reach out with your original order details.
